The ideal applicant will possess acute financial management skills, strong leadership and people skills to successfully drive his team, as well as, a hands on approach with an eye for detail.
Responsible for lunch and dinner service, providing and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Wage cost control and financial accountability. Assist in the further development and marketing of the business. Professional personal presentation.
Requirements: Related college experience or solid on-job training in high volume restaurant with a passion for what you do. Provide outstanding and verifiable references.
